ACEs believes that ethical values establish the foundation for its business success. We strive to conduct our business activities consistent with the highest ethical standards as well as the many laws, regulations, and policies that impact our business dealings. We believe our company and all of our stakeholders benefit when integrity is the cornerstone of our operations. Therefore, we take pride in the ethics program we provide for our employees, subcontractors, and suppliers.
It is imperative that company employees, subcontractors, and suppliers adhere to particularly high ethical standards. ACEs demands and fosters highly ethical conduct because the organization can be successful only when employees look after the long-term interests of ACEs and resist pressures to compromise company standards.

Employees
The culture and business approach of ACEs allows for more individual freedom than many other companies. With this freedom comes the individual responsibility to minimize risk to the organization, its employees, or its customers. Performance goals are important, but they must not be achieved at the expense of fair and ethical dealing.
ACEs expects its employees to uphold ethical values throughout the organization and has established an Ethics & Compliance Program. In addition, a Standards of Conduct & Code of Ethics Handbook is available online to assist with day-to-day decision making. The handbook includes workplace rules, standards of business conduct, guidance on procurement requirements, intellectual property rights, and other information.
Subcontractors and Suppliers
Advanced Concepts Enterprises, Inc. is committed to the highest standards of product quality and business integrity in its dealings with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and all who work with and on behalf of ACEs.
As a result, all subcontractors, suppliers, and the ACEs employees who work with them are expected to conduct themselves with the highest standards. All parties are required to display honesty, fairness, and personal integrity in all situations and circumstances.
It is critical to ACEs that both suppliers and employees alike maintain the highest ethical standards, adhere to all applicable laws, and avoid even the perception of impropriety or any conflict of interest.
