Mary joined Advanced Concepts Enterprises, Inc. (ACES) in September 2023 as a Department of Defense contractor supporting one of the company’s awarded contracts. After the contract concluded, she was so impressed by ACES’s culture, values, and commitment to its employees that she pursued an opportunity at the corporate headquarters as an HR Administrator. Since then, she has enjoyed a rewarding journey of professional growth, continuous learning, and supporting the people who make ACES successful.
A retired United States Air Force veteran, Mary served more than 22 years on active duty as an Instrument Flight Control Specialist, supporting multiple aircraft platforms and deployments in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, along with numerous other missions. Among her many assignments, her favorite was supporting Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) operations with HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopters.
Throughout her military career, she earned an Associate Degree in Avionics Technology and is nearing completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
As her military service came to a close, Mary sought a career that would allow her to continue serving others while embracing new opportunities for growth and development. Human Resources proved to be a natural fit, combining her passion for helping people with her extensive leadership and service experience.
Originally from Connecticut, Mary spent much of her childhood in California and Hawaii before joining the Air Force shortly after September 11, 2001. She is a proud wife, mother of four children, and dog mom to two beloved pets. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, walking along the beach, and creating memorable experiences with her family.
