Thomas H. Clark serves as Chief Operations Officer of Advanced Concepts Enterprises, Inc. (ACEs), a position he assumed on July 13, 2025, following his appointment as Corporate Program Manager in April 2021.
A retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant with more than 42 years of distinguished service and leadership in Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs, Mr. Clark brings deep expertise in program management across the full ACEs contract portfolio. His professional certifications include Applied Program Management, Government and Commercial Contract Management, and Six Sigma Green Belt, which have consistently enabled him to deliver operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-performance outcomes on complex, multifaceted programs.
In his prior role as Corporate Program Manager, Mr. Clark directed a portfolio of 13 critical programs supporting U.S. Air Force operations — including high-visibility efforts such as A3 Intel (Pentagon), ACC Combat Search and Rescue, AFSOC A2 Intel, 492 SOW Operations and Training, AFRL Aviation Structures, and global marketing initiatives—as well as U.S. Coast Guard engineering programs. His strategic oversight has repeatedly resulted in the on-schedule, on-budget execution of multi-million-dollar contracts.
Mr. Clark holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. He is also an FAA-certified Airframe and Powerplant mechanic and has completed advanced technical training at the Air Force Institute of Technology and Kremenchuk Flight College in Ukraine. His military service reflects a strong dedication to mission success, recognized with a Bronze Star Medal, three Meritorious Service Medals, and six Air Force Commendation Medals.
