Lynda started working for Advanced Concept Enterprises, Inc (ACEs) in September 2020 with the start of the Command & Control (C2), Contract Academic Training (CAT), Courseware Delivery (CWD) and Distance Learning Architecture (DLA) Contract that ACEs was awarded in 2020. She initially started with ACEs as an Instructor on Luke AFB, AZ, and within four months jumped into the position of Luke Site Manager, overseeing 35 Contractors supporting AETC and ACC CAT & CWD. In November 2022, she was selected to fill the position of Corporate Program Manager, taking on the entire C2 CAT/CWD/DLA Contract and supporting additional contracts primarily located in the Western US. She had four years prior experience working the same C2 Contract as the Program Manager from 2014 – 2018.
Her background is all Air Force! She traveled around as a “military brat” supporting her father’s 20+ year career in the AF. Her passion for travel, seeing new things and meeting new people inspired her to follow in her fathers’ footsteps and she enlisted in the AF in 1986. She went from Airman Basic (E-1) to a Lieutenant Colonel (0-5) in her 27-year military career. She primarily worked in the Command-and-Control career field as a Weapons Director and Air Battle Manager. She led combat crews during real-world operations; served as a Senior Director/Mission Crew Commander during Operations SOUTHERN WATCH, DESERT FOX, ALLIED FORCE and NOBLE EAGLE; and she has several deployments working throughout the Caribbean for the Presidential War on Drugs Campaign.
Her management style is servant-leadership with gratitude. She takes pride in everything she does and her work ethic is non-stop. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University, and a Master of Military Operational Art & Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College.Raised in a very patriotic family, she continues their legacy by being a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) organizations. Her “volunteer passion” is working for Special Olympics as a member of the Games Management Team for the State of Arizona (when she is in town). She lives in Arizona with her ‘musician husband’ and two cats, but she is often in Upstate New York helping her family as everyone grows older. She loves going to concerts, talking to animals (especially walking with Alpacas in the Adirondack Mountains) and researching her ancestry all the way back to the Mayflower and beyond.
