Kristy A. Butler is an accomplished program manager with more than 20 years of experience leading complex Department of Defense and federal programs, specializing in multi‑million‑dollar efforts, acquisition strategy, and cross‑functional teams. She recently joined Advanced Concepts Enterprises Inc., first serving as Corporate Compliance Manager and now as a Corporate Program Manager, where she integrates quality, contracting, and delivery across the company’s defense portfolio. Before transitioning fully to industry, she built a distinguished career with the Department of the Air Force and retired from the Air Force Reserve as a Chief, advising commanders, shaping strategy, and mentoring airmen.
Outside of work, Kristy is deeply family‑focused and happiest when she’s with her husband, their six kids, and two lovable dogs. She loves being outdoors and recharges by hiking, running, and paddle boarding, bringing the same energy, resilience, and balance to her personal life that she applies to leading teams and programs.
